INSTRUCTIONS FOR STATE OF KANSAS BID EVENTS

All open State of Kansas bid events are listed below. Click on an event to see more information, including any related documents or special instructions. You must have Adobe Reader to view or print PDF files. To download the latest version of Adobe Reader, visit the Adobe Reader download website.

It is the bidding entity’s responsibility to download all documents related to the bid and any amendments.

All bids must be received prior to the closing date and time indicated in the bid event. It is the responsibility of the bidding entity to ensure their bids are received on-time. Please submit bids and any documentation through one of the following methods:

• eBid – Sign In to eSupplier and following the instructions for submitting bid documentation electronically.


• email – procurement@ks.gov - Max email file size is 20 MB, several files can be submitted but must be labeled accordingly (example: Technical 1 of 3, Costs 2 of 3, Proprietary 3 of 3 etc.) All descriptions must also contain the required information as listed above.


• Mail or hand delivered

• To be invited, an organization must be either of the following:

• Supplier who has already done business with the State of Kansas. (Current Suppliers DO NOT need to re-register)


• Registered bidder if you have not previously done business with the State of Kansas you will need to complete a bidder registration.
